5. We only get paid when your sales increase
Depending on the license, we will negotiate a revenue sharing arrangement where we get a small take of the revenue for the use of our brand - approx. 4-5 % of revenue as a license fee.
6. No lengthy contract
Many of our license agreements are short and easy to read. You can cancel the contract at any time and for any reason upon 60 days notice. If you’re not satisfied…we’re not satisfied.
7. Exclusive Territory
With each virtual brand license agreement you will be granted exclusive use of the virtual brand within your defined trade area. Special licensing arrangements will be considered for multi-unit operators looking to license a brand for a province or the entire country.
